Can I Have Your Number? Utilizing the Enneagram for Self-Awareness & Self-Improvement
I am so excited to announce that I will be hosting an Enneagram workshop here in Dallas, Texas on October 18th from 9 am to 12 noon at The Micah Center, 9027 Midway Road Dallas, TX, 75209.
Join Whitney Russell Stabile, therapist, Enneagram 1, and daughter-in-law to Enneagram Godmother Suzanne Stabile, Angela Prior, licensed social worker, Enneagram 7, and registered yoga teacher, and Casey Bonano, registered dietitian, Enneagram 1, and certified eating disorder specialist, as we embark on an Enneagram Journey.
During this 3 hour workshop we will present an overview of each number’s strengths and obstacles and an overview of body image and relationship with food for each number. We will spend the majority of time on tools for growth for each number. The workshop will also feature 2 experiential components and some pop culture references thrown in for fun because it’s good to not take ourselves too seriously.
This workshop is perfect for you if you want to identify or confirm your number, learn and understand more about other numbers, or want to focus on specific self-improvement techniques for your number.
Breakfast, beverages, and snacks provided. There will be enneagram swag and giveaways through out the event. CEUs provided for those who need them. Come learn, heal and grow through utilizing the wondrous knowledge of the Enneagram. Click the button below to register.
