Introducing…The Food Freedom Guide - stop dieting for good, eat the food your love, and feel confident in your body.
I am so excited to announce that today is the official launch day of my new ebook, The Food Freedom Guide: Stop dieting for good, eat the foods you love, and feel confident in your body. When I first began this process, I thought I would quickly compile a bit of information, some skill based exercises, and call it a day. As many projects do, it took on a life of it’s own, and turned into a bigger project than expected. I really wanted to make sure it was an accurate and extremely helpful resource for those struggling with food and weight. I have put my heart and soul into this project, and am so pleased to finally get to share it with you. Below is a link to the official ebook website, which details everything the book covers.

Exposure therapy is when a practitioner creates a safe environment where an individual can be exposed to items or situations that they fear or avoid. During exposures, the individual works to create new, more realistic belief systems about their fears.1 As daunting as exposure therapy may sound, it can also be an empowering experience. Participants learn that they have the power to confront their fears and manage their feelings of anxiety.
